The Designer's Choice Royalty Free SFX Library License Agreement
The following terms and conditions consists of a legally binding agreement between You and Nicholas Judy.
1. License - Licensor grants to Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual royalty-free license to use the Designer's Choice Royalty Free Library on terms of Agreement.
2. Rights Granted - The license allows Licensee to utilize the Designer's Choice Library in films, videos, television programs, radio programs, web streams, music compositions, podcasts, mobile applications, multimedia presentations, public performances, games, trailers, advertising and many more commercial projects.
3. Restrictions - This doesn't permit the Licensee to claim authorship of the sounds in the library, or to re-sell he sounds. In addition, the library can't be used in any national government, law enforcement, hate group by SPLC/CAHN hate group projects.
4. Termination - The rights to use the Designer's Choice Library will automatically terminate in the event of any breach by Licensee of the terms of agreement.
5. Applicaple aw - This shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the USA.
